Information you provide. When you contact us, request a quote, book services, or work with us, we collect information such as your name, business or organization, email address, phone number, mailing or billing address, event and session details, and the contents of your communications with us. To process payments, we or our payment providers collect billing details; we do not store full payment-card numbers ourselves.

Photographic content. In the course of providing services, we capture photographs that may include images of you, your employees, guests, or other subjects. These images, and information associated with them (such as event name and date), are part of the work we deliver.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links, using cookies and similar technologies (including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and HubSpot tracking).

We use information to:

• respond to inquiries and provide quotes, proposals, and contracts;
• schedule, plan, and deliver photography and related services;
• invoice and process payments;
• deliver images through online galleries and communicate about your project;
• operate, secure, and improve our website and services;
• send updates or marketing communications where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time; and
• comply with legal, tax, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information as needed to run our business and market our work:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as online gallery and image-hosting platforms, cloud storage, payment processors, accounting software, customer-relationship and email tools, and website analytics providers. These providers may process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it.
• Team members and subcontractors who assist in delivering the services, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Portfolio, website, and social media. We may publish selected event photographs on our portfolio, this website, and our social media channels to show our work, consistent with the applicable client agreement (including any portfolio restrictions stated in that agreement or SOW).
• Other event vendors. We sometimes share selected event images with other vendors who worked the same event (for example, planners, venues, production partners, or agencies) for their own portfolio or marketing use related to that event, when that sharing is consistent with the client relationship and any applicable agreement.
• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Ownership and licensing of the photographs we create are governed by the applicable services agreement. Under our standard terms, we retain copyright in the work and grant the client a license to use delivered images for their business purposes. We also retain the right to use selected images in our portfolio, on our website and social media, and for related promotional purposes (including industry publications and competitions), unless the client agreement or SOW states a restriction such as an embargo or image exclusion.

Clients are responsible for obtaining attendee, employee, and guest consents needed for the capture and contemplated uses of event images (for example via ticket terms, registration terms, signage, or employment agreements). We do not typically collect individual model releases from event attendees.

If you are a depicted subject, a client, or a rights holder and want us to correct or stop promotional use of a specific image on our website, portfolio, or social channels, contact us using the information below or follow the process in our Terms of Use. We review reasonable requests and handle them under our content-removal procedure and any applicable client agreement.

Delivered images are typically made available through a secure online gallery hosted by a third-party provider. You are responsible for protecting gallery links and access credentials. Galleries remain available for the period stated in your agreement, after which they may be removed; please download and back up your images during that period.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to function and to understand how visitors use the site, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and HubSpot tracking (which supports our customer-relationship tools). You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out tools. Disabling cookies may affect how the site works.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal and tax obligations. Online galleries and working files may be retained or deleted according to the terms of your agreement.

• know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
• request access to or a copy of that information;
• request correction or deletion of that information; and

Our services and website are directed to businesses and adults. Minors may appear incidentally in event photographs; clients are responsible for any parental consent their events require. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children online.

Our website and galleries may link to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties; please review their policies.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
