For Venue Partners
Recommend Us With Confidence.
Corporate event photography for sports venues, convention centers, hotels, and private event spaces. We know how to work on your property — and we make your team look good when you hand us a referral.
Can our sales team recommend you to corporate clients?
Yes. We work as a trusted vendor your events team can introduce to corporate renters, agencies, and in-house planners. We invoice the client directly unless you prefer a different arrangement. Your relationship with the renter stays intact.
How fast can you provide a COI?
Within 24 hours of request — including Additional Insured endorsements naming your venue, parent operator, and any affiliated entities your compliance team requires.
Do your photographers know venue protocols?
Yes. Our teams check in with your event manager on arrival, follow load-in and security procedures, respect restricted areas, and coordinate with in-house catering and A/V. We are experienced at sports venues, convention centers, and private event spaces — and we plan around each property’s protocols.
What Venue Teams Need
Built for Your Building,
Not Just the Client
Your corporate renters hire photography for the gallery. Your events team needs a vendor who won't add work on property. That's a different brief — and it's the one we optimize for.
Compliance
When your compliance team requests documentation, typical vendors scramble — or submit a COI without the Additional Insured endorsement your team actually needs. We deliver complete paperwork within 24 hours, with your venue, parent operator, and affiliates named correctly the first time.
On property
When an unfamiliar crew arrives, your event manager becomes the tour guide. We check in on arrival, follow your load-in and security procedures, and coordinate with in-house catering and A/V without pulling your client into vendor logistics.
Venue fluency
When a client books from a portfolio alone, nobody knows whether the photographer has worked a club level, a convention general session, or a load-in window. We are experienced at sports and entertainment venues, convention centers, and private event spaces — and we plan around your building's rules, not a generic shot list.
"Your sales team sold the experience. We make sure photography supports it — on property and after."
We Partner With Three Kinds of Venues.
Find Your Category.
Arenas · Ballparks · Amphitheaters
Turnkey corporate events need vendors who know the building.
Club levels, field access windows, broadcast zones, and in-house catering coordination — corporate events at sports venues have rules that differ from a hotel ballroom. We are experienced at arenas, ballparks, and amphitheaters, and we photograph corporate receptions, executive sessions, product launches, and VIP experiences at properties like these.
Discuss a venue partnership →Moscone · McEnery · Exhibit Halls
Exhibitor contractor registration, booth rules, and union awareness — handled.
Exhibitor-appointed contractor requirements, certificate of insurance with complex additional-insured lists, and photography restrictions outside assigned spaces — we speak this language. Your convention services team shouldn't have to explain show rules to every new vendor.
Request vendor documentation →Hotels · Museums · Rooftops · Clubs
Your catering sales team needs a photographer they can name with confidence.
When a corporate client asks "who do you recommend?" your events director needs an answer that won't create a callback. We deliver consistent quality, fast compliance paperwork, and post-event assets your client can use in their recap communications.

Five Things That Set Our
Venue Partnerships Apart
Venue Fluency, Not Just Portfolio
We know how your building works.
Our teams arrive with a clear understanding of load-in procedures, security check-in, restricted areas, and the coordination points your event manager expects. We don't need a walkthrough of basics on event day. We check in with your on-site contact on arrival and stay aligned with your run-of-show.
Compliance Without the Chase
Your compliance coordinator shouldn't have to hunt us down.
Certificate of Insurance with Additional Insured endorsements — delivered within 24 hours. We routinely name venues, parent operators (ASM Global, AEG, and similar), cities, and licensees as required. W-9, business license, services agreement, and NDA available immediately. References from event planners and venue coordinators on request.

Post-Event Assets That Serve Everyone
Your client gets the gallery. You get the option for marketing selects.
Corporate clients receive full commercial usage rights for internal and external marketing, PR, recruitment, and social media. When agreed in writing, we can provide venue marketing selects — hero shots of your spaces in use — for your website, sales materials, and social channels. We are happy to accommodate special requests for venue shots during the event, to the extent coverage allows without compromising the client's contracted deliverables. We always seek client and venue approval before publishing any images from a contracted engagement.
No Drama on Event Day
We solve problems quietly. We don't escalate to your client.
We maintain backup equipment on every shoot — multiple camera bodies, lenses, flash, and memory. If a photographer becomes unavailable, we deploy a substitute of comparable skill level. If something goes sideways on-site, we handle it without creating visible disruption or pulling your event manager into damage control.

Image Ownership & Usage — Plain Language
Licensing terms shouldn't create friction at the contract stage. Here's how we handle it.
Corporate client receives
Full commercial usage rights for internal and external marketing, PR, recruitment, annual reports, and social media. No per-image fees. No required credit lines.
Venue receives (when agreed in writing)
The right to use selected images for venue marketing — website, sales materials, social media, and promotional collateral — with client approval. We coordinate usage rights clearly so your marketing team has assets without ambiguity.
Vetter Event Group retains
Copyright ownership of the images unless a full transfer is agreed in writing. We seek client and venue approval before publishing, posting, or sharing any images from a contracted engagement.
The Process
From First Conversation
to Trusted Vendor List
01
Intro conversation
Tell us about your property and typical corporate events. We'll share our vendor package and answer the questions your operations team will ask.
02
Documentation review
COI, W-9, agreement, and references delivered for your compliance review. We adapt to your vendor onboarding requirements.
03
Pilot event
Start with one corporate engagement at your property. Your team sees how we work on-site. We learn your building, your contacts, and your expectations.
04
Ongoing partnership
Placement on your trusted vendor list. Quarterly portfolio updates. Proactive communication when your sales team has a corporate client who needs photography.
Ask Someone Who's Worked With Us
Venue operators trust other event professionals more than they trust a photographer's portfolio. Our references include event planners and venue coordinators who've watched us work on property — and who can speak to reliability, communication, and what happens when things get complicated on event day.
Venue Questions
Frequently Asked by Venue Teams
How do we add you to our trusted vendor list?
Start with a conversation and our vendor documentation package. Many venues begin with a pilot event before formal list placement. We'll work with your operations team's process.
What insurance coverage do you carry?
$2M per occurrence / $4M aggregate general liability and $1M workers' compensation through Great American Insurance Company. COI with Additional Insured delivered within 24 hours.
Can you name our parent company and affiliates as Additional Insured?
Yes. We routinely accommodate complex additional-insured requirements for ASM Global, AEG, city entities, and similar parent operators.
Do you invoice our corporate clients directly?
Typically yes — the corporate renter is our client of record. We're happy to discuss arrangements that work for your team's workflow.
Can we use images from events at our property for marketing?
Yes, when agreed in writing and with client approval. We can provide venue marketing selects as part of the engagement or as a separate arrangement. We are happy to accommodate special requests for venue shots during the event, to the extent coverage allows without compromising the client’s contracted deliverables.
Do you understand convention center exhibitor contractor rules?
Yes. When an exhibitor hires us directly for a trade show, convention centers often require us to register as an exhibitor-appointed contractor — submitting insurance and show paperwork before we work on the floor. We handle that process, provide show-specific COIs, and work within booth boundaries and filming guidelines unless broader permission is granted by show management.
