What is Vetter Event Group's standard delivery timeline?
Standard delivery is 48 hours from the close of each event day for a fully edited, color-corrected gallery. 24-hour rush, same-day delivery, and real-time social selects are available when your timeline is tighter.
Does Vetter Event Group work with agencies?
Yes. Agencies are a core part of the business, with white-label capability, dedicated rate cards, scalable team coverage, and vendor documentation for procurement teams.
Is Vetter Event Group insured?
Yes. Vetter Event Group carries $2M per occurrence / $4M aggregate general liability coverage and can provide a COI with Additional Insured endorsement within 24 hours.

Licensing & Usage Rights
Every engagement includes a standard commercial usage license covering websites, social media, internal communications, PR, marketing materials, and recruitment content — with no additional licensing fees and no usage restrictions for standard business purposes. This means your team can use the images across channels and campaigns without coming back to us for permission. We retain copyright for portfolio and promotional use only, which is standard in professional event photography. If your organization requires full copyright transfer or extended licensing for print advertising, billboards, or resale, those are available as straightforward add-ons defined in your agreement upfront. The bottom line: you'll never get an unexpected licensing invoice after the event.
