For Agency Partners
Built for Agencies.
Seamless for Clients.
White-label event photography for agencies, DMCs, and production companies. We integrate into your operation seamlessly — and stay there.
Why Agencies Come To Us
You've Been Burned.
Here's What We've Seen.
The photographer who confirmed three times and then stopped responding after the deposit cleared. The one who showed up in jeans to your client's black-tie gala. The one who handed their business card to your client's CMO at registration — and then messaged that client directly six weeks later with a "direct booking" offer.
We've heard all of it. Often from agencies who called us after it happened.
When a photography vendor fails, it's your name on the event — not theirs. We understand that. It's why we built our agency partnership model around the things photographers most often get wrong.

Our Agency Model Fits Three Kinds of Partners.
Find Yourself.
Boutique Agency · 1–10 People
Personal relationship. Professional results.
You run a tight operation and your photographer relationships are personal. You need someone who picks up the phone, adapts when the timeline changes, and never makes you look anything less than excellent.
Decision timeline: typically 1–2 weeks.
Let's talk →Mid-Size Agency · 11–50 People
Systems, scalability, and margin protection.
You have a preferred vendor database to maintain and clients who expect consistent quality event-to-event. You need documented systems, scalable team coverage, and pricing that protects your margin across the year.
We're built for this model.

Procurement-ready from day one.
Your procurement team has requirements. Legal needs to review contracts. Operations needs a COI with Additional Insured in 24 hours. You need a vendor who speaks this language and doesn't make your compliance coordinator work for it.
We're ready.

Five Things That Set Our
Agency Partnerships Apart
True White-Label Execution
We become part of your team.
On-site, our team presents as part of your operation. We dress to your event's standard, carry no personal branding, and don't introduce ourselves to your client's contacts. We won't pitch a direct engagement after the fact.
Gallery delivery is through your preferred platform. Invoicing stays between us. Image file metadata — the embedded creator and copyright fields that identify the photographer — is cleaned before delivery, so your brand is what appears if anyone looks under the hood. Your client sees your team's work. That's exactly how it should be.
Margin-Protected Pricing
Your markup is your business — forever.
Our agency rate cards are structured to accommodate a 40–60% markup without your client raising an eyebrow. We don't offer "direct booking discounts" to clients we've served through agency partners. We don't follow up with your client contacts. Your relationship stays yours.
Volume tiers for agency partners:
| Annual Events with VEG | Discount |
|---|---|
| 1–5 events | Standard agency rate |
| 6–10 events | 10% off |
| 11–20 events | 15% off |
| 20+ events | 20% off + priority scheduling |
New relationships: 50% deposit / 50% on delivery. Established partners: Net 30.

You'll hear from us. On schedule. Without chasing.
The most common complaint agencies have about photographers isn't quality — it's that they go quiet after the deposit. Here's exactly when you'll hear from us:
Within 24 hours of inquiry
Proposal in your inbox — scope, pricing, team structure
48 hours before event
Coverage confirmation, team roster, and day-of point-of-contact sent to your team
On arrival at venue
Check-in notification sent to your PM
2–4 hours after event end
Same-day preview images (10–20 selects) delivered, if contracted
On gallery delivery
Delivery link with download instructions, organized by event segment
If anything changes
You hear about it before your client does — always
Scale That Works for Multi-City Work
One point of contact. Any market.
Need one photographer for a client dinner in San Francisco Thursday and a four-person team for a roadshow across multiple cities the following week? We coordinate that. Your team works with one point of contact — and we manage everything behind it.
Our associate network covers the Bay Area and Southern California, with additional markets available by arrangement. Every associate is personally vetted, insured, and shoots to documented Vetter Event Group standards. The output is consistent whether we're deploying one photographer or five.
Backup Built In, Not Bolted On
What happens when something goes wrong.
Every engagement includes a backup photographer confirmed in advance. Every team member carries a minimum of two professional camera bodies plus backup lenses, flash, and memory. All files are backed up to three locations before leaving the venue.
If a photographer becomes unavailable for any reason, we have a confirmed replacement — not a scramble. We solve it before you ever have to explain anything to your client.
If something goes sideways on-site: we handle it quietly. We don't escalate to your client, we don't create visible disruption, and we deliver.

Image Ownership & Usage — Plain Language
We know licensing terms create friction at the contract stage. Here's how we handle it.
Your client receives
Full commercial usage rights for internal and external marketing, PR, recruitment, annual reports, and social media. No per-image fees. No required credit lines.
Your agency receives
The right to use images in your own portfolio and marketing with client permission — standard industry practice, included in our service agreement.
Vetter Event Group retains
Copyright ownership of the images unless a full transfer is agreed in writing. We will always seek agency approval before publishing, posting, or sharing any images from a contracted engagement. Under NDA, that extends to the engagement, client identity, and deliverables as well.
The Process
From First Call
to Preferred Vendor
01
First conversation
Tell us about your agency and upcoming events. We'll share our rate card and answer the questions your operations team will ask later.
02
Trial event
Start with one engagement. You see how we work, we learn your systems and preferences. If the output doesn't meet your standard, we discuss it and make it right.
03
Vendor onboarding
Full documentation package, service agreement or NDA execution, and entry into your preferred vendor database. Your operations team goes through onboarding once.
04
Ongoing partnership
Quarterly portfolio updates. Annual rate reviews. Proactive availability holds before your peak season opens publicly. We aim to be the vendor you don't have to think about.
Ask Someone Who's Worked With Us
Agency buyers trust other planners more than they trust photographers. Our references aren't client testimonials — they're event professionals who've hired us, watched us work, and sent us back to their clients.
We'll connect you with planners and venue coordinators who can speak to reliability, communication, and what happens when things get complicated on-site.
Agency Questions
Frequently Asked by Agency Partners
How does white-label work?
On-site, our team presents as part of your operation — no personal branding, no business cards to your client. Gallery delivery uses your preferred platform. Image metadata is cleaned before delivery. Your client sees your team's work.
Can you scale for large, multi-day events?
Yes — we've covered conferences with 5,000+ attendees across multiple days with coordinated teams of up to six photographers, on-site Digital Asset Managers, and real-time delivery. Each photographer receives the same briefing and brand guidelines for consistent quality.
What vendor documentation can you provide?
COI with Additional Insured (24-hour turnaround), W-9, standard NDA or we'll execute yours, services agreement, professional references, and business license. Everything your procurement team needs.
What are your payment terms?
New relationships: 50% deposit / 50% on delivery. Established partners: Net 30. For multi-event or retainer agreements, we offer custom billing schedules.
Will you contact our clients directly?
Never. We don't offer 'direct booking discounts' to clients we've served through agency partners. We don't follow up with your client contacts. Your relationship stays yours — period.
